Yesterday I felt so much love from so many people. Ann arranged a surprise birthday party for me with the help and commitment of a number of very special friends. She really managed to surprise me in so many ways. She managed to gather together my best friends at the home of Tish and Michael Pearl, along with my dear sister, Elaine, whom I'd not seen for more than ten years.

Thank you for your being there, for the smiles and hugs. And thanks to the friends who couldn't be there, for the well-wishes. Thank you ALL for the enduring friendship and love.

I love you all, right back atcha...
