Plans for next week: JoCo tix in ATL !

My best-est Christmas present this year was a pair of tickets to see Jonathan Coulton, with Paul&Storm at the Variety Playhouse in Atlanta. For the uninitiated, Coulton is best described as a nerd-cult singer/songwriter phenom, who has vended his music online, primarily. Many might recognize 'Code Monkey', or 'Re:Your Brains', but his entire catalog is dappled with wry and smart songs.

Among my favorites are 'A Talk With George', an tribute to George Plimpton:
